Making contract with us


When you place an order with us, you are making an offer to buy goods.  We will send you an e-mail to confirm that we have received your order.


We will calculate and communicate to you the delivery costs (inclusive of insurance) to your destination upon receipt of your order.


Once we have checked the price, availability of the goods and the applicable delivery costs, we will e-mail you again to confirm that we accept your order, and that a contract has been made between us indicating, clearly, the total charge for goods.  We will not take payment from you until we have accepted your order.


In the unlikely event that the goods are no longer available, or that we have made a pricing mistake, we will advise you of this.  You will not receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of your order, and there will be no contract between us.


If the goods are not available, we may supply you with substitute goods.  If you decide not to accept the substitute goods, you will not have to pay to return them to us.


How to place order


Please select the item(s) you are interested in and then continue to the order form and fill in all the required details. Once that is done, send to order to us.

Orders for less than US $ 20,000 must be paid for in advance using the above payment methods.


Large orders


Irrevocable letter of Credit may be accepted for large consignments. This must be preceded by an advance payment of 50% by bank draft.


Delivery


Upon receipt of payment, the goods will be manufactured and packed and delivered to you within the agreed period as at the time of ordering. Normally large consignments take 6 to 12 months to supply, but the delivery may be done in batches at time intervals agreed with the buyer. If payment is done using Bank Draft, we will start manufacturing the goods after the draft has been paid or settled. The goods may take longer time to reach you if sea transport is used.


If the goods are lost or damaged in transit, please let us know promptly.


Faulty goods


If there is a problem with the goods, please contact us.  We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights.


Demographic differences

There can be very slight and sometimes un-noticeable differences between the photo on this website and the actual item(s).


Changes to these terms


These terms were last changed on 01/06/2010.

These terms apply to your order.  We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply to future orders
